Eminence Sun Defense Minerals SPF 30

I bought this not for the sunscreen but the powder. The sunscreen turned out to be great as well. I have aging, oily skin with dry patches, large pores, and some wrinkles. I live in a very hot and humid climate. The powder goes on well, lasts, sets and wears well, even after hours, providing good coverage to even out my skin without clogging my pores. Two different applicators didn't work. It's the design. So, I unscrewed the top and emptied the powder into a container - dip and tap off the excess powder from the brush.

Nice smell! Very difficult to get powder to come out the first time. With each application is hard to get more out of brush, I’ve used this same powder for years, this is my 3 rd purchase, was never this tough to get the product out before. I will keep trying for sure, I have an empty applicator from another company that I may have to transfer it to that! But will keep trying

I have been using Sun Defense Minerals for the past six years and cannot imagine switching to anything else. It provides a flawless finish while offering exceptional protection for my skin.

I’ve used this for sun protection for at least 5 years everyday. I love it.

The design can do with an upgrade. The powder does not dispense when I pressed. Customer service asked me to tap against the table while pressing, which I’ve tried every which way, and to no avail. Totally can’t use at all.

The container doesn’t work very well. So.It takes extra time to do the application.

I've used this product off and on for years. I always come back because it's the best. It stays on in the sun and sweat, it looks amazing, smells amazing and leaves me looking dewy and glowing. Its my favorite sunscreen by far.

However the application brush/container is terrible. It's so bad I actually unscrew the bottom and use a different brush. The process is annoying and takes extra time . I hope eminence fixes this issue because it's such a great product without the application issues. The brush it comes with does not spread the product evenly or we'll, gets clogged easily and the brush bristles come off everywhere on my face and it's so messy. Overtime the brush just completely falls apart which is how I learned to unscrew the bottom and use my own brush.

I haven't use any sun screen before and this is my first one. I love it! I use this with Strawberry Rhubarb Hyaluronic Hydrator without worrying about clogged pores. I choose Peaches and Cream shade and doesn't really suit to my skin color. Probably buy the Translucent next time.
