Apply a layer of the scrub to dry or damp skin. Massage in circular motions on the body or target areas such as legs, hands, arms, elbows and any part of the body that needs smoothing. Remove with warm water and pat dry. Follow with an Éminence Body Oil and/or Lotion of choice, according to skin type.

Amazing body scrub

I love the stone crop line and have used it for years. The smell is so amazing. I also have the stone crop oil. I've been using this body scrub for a week and love it! It really has some great granules that don't dissolve too quickly and I use all over my legs, stomach, chest and arms. It really makes my skin so soft and moisturized, but NO grease left behind, which is a must for me! I hate body scrubs that are oily, this one is not. It is perfect.

Meh Scrub with Great Scent

I'm having the same experience as the other reviewers--this scrub isn't terribly effective as a scrub, if you're particularly looking for the removal of dead or dry skin. It does, however, feel really soothing to use and has that amazing Stone Crop scent that I could just eat, it's so good. I continue to buy it, despite the 'outrageous' price point, and just end up using a scrubby to do actual exfoliating. If Stone Crop came as a body wash, it would serve the same purpose--IMHO.

This scrub smells wonderful, but is a bit watery and doesn’t actually do much exfoliating. I used it a few times and gave it to a friend. Then purchased the blueberry soy body scrub, which I like much more!

I ordered this because I love the stone crop collection and wanted a thorough scrub. If you want a deep exfoliation I wouldn’t say this is the best for it. The feeling is quite nice while using and leaves the skin feeling soft while in the shower, however it doesn’t exfoliate deeply. Post shower after applying stone crop body lotion my skin doesn’t feel especially smooth and silky but maybe a mild improvement might be detectable. In my one use I used a large quantity of the product tube, which for $48 isn’t a fabulous value. I speak from someone who wants to feel exfoliated and silkier and fresh after use of a scrub. There are plenty of much cheaper wholesome options at Whole Foods if you want a deep scrub. If you want a gentle soap that feels super nice and silky while bathing, go for this. I love the stone crop line and this didn’t smell like the stone crop collection as much, has a stronger lemon peel scent (which isn’t bad just not expected!).
